We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our upcoming PTCO Day festival. This exciting community event, organized by the Indiana Deaf Children Foundation, will take place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What is PTCO Day?
PTCO Day is a highly anticipated annual event that attracts thousands of attendees. Established over 70 years ago by the Parents Teacher Counselors Organization, the festival began as a school carnival to engage the community and provide fun activities for kids. Over the years, it has evolved into a significant fundraising opportunity for the Indiana Deaf Children Foundation and student organizations. Funds raised support new uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, and essential materials for teachers, ensuring the best educational experience for students at Indiana School for the Deaf.
Why Participate as a Vendor?
We are seeking the participation of local businesses like yours to help make this event a success. Your involvement as a vendor will be instrumental in achieving our fundraising goals and helping our students thrive. Additionally, it provides you with an excellent opportunity to grow and promote your business within the community.
Vendor Booth Options
We offer three options for vendor booths at the event:
Indoor Booth - $150: Includes a single table inside Caskey Gymnasium.
Indoor Corner Booth - $250: Accommodates up to two tables inside Caskey Gymnasium.
Food Booth/Truck - $250: Outdoor space for vendors selling or preparing food, accommodating a food truck or up to three tables.
Electrical access for all vending booths is available for an additional fee of $25.
New Addition This Year: Performers Welcome!
We are excited to announce that this year, we are inviting performers to take the stage at PTCO Day. Performers, please note that this is a philanthropic event, and performances will be on a volunteer basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to a great cause. Sponsorship Opportunities
If you would like to support the event through monetary sponsorship or an in-kind gift, we offer three sponsorship categories:
Contributing Sponsor - $100
Supporting Sponsor - $250
Legacy Sponsor - $500
