What's for lunch today?

The NSLP is the second largest food and nutrition assistance program in the United States, providing meals to millions of children each day. Contact Danielle Stadler, Food Service Director, today to see if your family is eligible for free or reduced price meals!

Our goal is to not only feed the stomachs of the students but also to nourish the brain! Through the food products that we serve, the cafeterias strive to teach good eating habits that will hopefully last a lifetime.

The Dietary Department would like to introduce ourselves to you by telling you where we are located, and what we do here at ISD.

Elementary Cafeteria is located toward the front of the ISD campus. It sits between the Preschool and Elementary Departments. Elementary Cafeteria serves students from both the Preschool and Elementary Departments.

ISD's Brown Cafeteria is located toward the back of the campus behind the Vocational Building. This cafeteria serves both Middle School and High School students. Both cafeterias serve the ISD faculty, staff, and many campus visitors as well.

Monday through Friday we serve three meals a day-plus! This plus includes but is not limited to, providing food for morning and afternoon snacks, field trips, campouts, picnics, food labs, athletic programs, etc. We are here for any ISD student function requiring our nutritional services. Our philosophy is to provide a variety of high-quality and nutritious meals based upon dietary guidelines established by the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs.

Our goal is to not only feed the stomachs of the students but also to nourish the brain! Through the food products that we serve, the cafeterias strive to teach good eating habits that will hopefully last a lifetime. These services are provided by a team of 15 employees.

This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
