Update: Cancellation of Indiana School for the Deaf’s Winter Homecoming Activities
In light of the escalating illness within our school communities, particularly affecting the participants of our high school athletic teams, it is with regret that both schools have jointly decided to cancel the Winter Homecoming Games originally scheduled for Saturday, January 27 at the Indiana School for the Deaf. The primary concern guiding this decision is the health and safety of our students, staff, and families.
Unfortunately, the Winter Homecoming Games will not be rescheduled this season. Despite our disappointment in not being able to proceed with the event as planned, our commitment to prioritizing the well-being of our school community remains our top priority. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to schedule another event where both schools can come together for a day of competition and fellowship.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these challenging times.

Swish & Score at Winter Homecoming 2024! Don’t miss the chance to watch our homecoming games, the Battle of the Orioles, against the Maryland School for the Deaf on Saturday, January 27th.
We have multiple events throughout the day, beginning with the Academic Bowl at 10:30 am, followed by the Varsity Girls Basketball game at 2:30 pm, Royalty Court at 4:00 pm, and Varsity Boys Basketball at 5:00 pm.
Join us in supporting our student-athletes’ Winter Homecoming and we will have different booths and concession! We will have social night after basketball game. Go Indiana Orioles!
