Dates: July 6-11 and July 13-18, 2014 Sunday Evening – Friday Afternoon


Cost: $125 dollars per week or $200 for 2 weeks.


 The cost includes a full residential program during the week (starting Sunday evening at 7 p.m. through Friday afternoon at 3 p.m.) as well as activities in the afternoons and evenings for social learning.

 ISD Summer School is for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children (starting 3rd grade through 8th grade for academic year 2014‐2015). ISD Summer School will be focused on preparing students who take ISTEP+, IMAST, and IREAD3. Licensed teachers will provide instruction in the areas of reading, writing, and math.

Students   will   be   instructed   in   a   bilingual   setting   with   all instruction provided in ASL. Each morning will include hands-on activities and student-directed learning with emphasis on reading, writing, and math with opportunities for social learning in the afternoons.


Open to all Deaf and Hard of Hearing Indiana students.  

Parents need to contact their LEA/local school district, if transportation is desired.
