Andy Rork, CI/CT
Staff Interpreter
Andy Rork began working as a staff interpreter at ISD in November of 2000. Before coming to ISD, he worked
as a community interpreter, educational interpreter, and an interpreter coordinator. Andy has been dually
certified through RID (CI/CT) since 1997. Andy formerly attended Ball State University and is currently working on his degree from IUPUI. During his free time, Andy enjoys reading, sports, movies, crossword puzzles and playing his guitar.
He especially enjoys spending time with his wife Teri and their three boys- Blake, Casey, and Sammy.

George Perry, CSC
Staff Interpreter
George joined the ISD staff interpreting team in August of 2006. He was born in Los Angeles, California and comes from a Deaf family. After attending a public school in Cleveland, Ohio and has been a certified interpreter since 1973. George has worked at ISD as a contract interpreter from 1990-2002 and he is thrilled to be at ISD full time. What George most enjoys about interpreting for ISD is the warm, family community.
Carrie Westhoelter, CI/CT, IIC
Staff Interpreter/Team Leader
Carrie has been working at ISD since August of 2005. She began a career in interpreting in 1996 after
receiving an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Deaf Communication Studies from St. Louis
Community College. She is nationally certified
and has 6+ years experience and training in mental health interpreting. Carrie is a native of Tennessee, born to a hearing family. She is married to Keith, who is deaf, and
has two children, Brooke and Ryan, both hearing. Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and
interpreting for the performing arts.
